6 Days Safari Tour in Bwindi, Queen Elizabeth and Lake Mburo National Parks

Day 1: Kampala to Queen Elizabeth Park Safari
Early morning will be picked from Kampala and drive to the southern part of the country. Will have brief stop at the equator for photographs. Proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park on clear days view the famous mountains of the moon- the Rwenzori Mountain ranges with ice caps on top. Will arrive in time for Afternoon Boat cruise on Kazinga Channel The cruise will let you view Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffaloes, Hyenas and a variety of Antelope species. Enjoy the unique evening 2-hour boat cruise that passes through possibly most concentration of Hippos and many animals may be seen drinking at the water’s edge. This launch cruise offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing. The abundant bird life is colorful and with well over 400 species. Dinner and over night at Mweya Safari Lodge /Hippo Hill Lodge/ Budget Institute of ecology. (BLD)

Day 2: Queen Elizabeth Park to Bwindi National Park : Day for Wildlife Safari Viewing
Early morning carryout game drive along Kasenyi tracks and Queens mile in the park looking for wildlife. The day may yield Lions, Elephants, buffalo, Warthogs, leopard, hyena, mangoose, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, Topi and lots many small animals and birds. After the game drive and early lunch , proceed to Bwindi via Ishasha sector. As you drive along the road via Ishasha sector, view wild animals such as the waterbucks, elephant, antelopes, buffalo, kobs, can be seen along the road.  Depending what class of lodge you have chosen will check in and relax  . Dinner and over night at the Gorilla Forest Camp/Buhoma Lodge/Egagi Lodge/Kitandara Lodge/ Community Rest Camp.

Day 3: Bwindi Gorilla tracking  Safari in Uganda
After early breakfast with packed lunch will embark on the long expected drill of gorilla tracking. After briefing will enter into a gorilla the sanctuary Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. The rain forest is spectacular as it offers a dramatic, heavily forested and dense landscape crisscrossed by numerous animal trails, allowing access for tourists. Recorded mammals here include the endangered mountain gorilla, the rare golden monkey, buffalo, elephants, black-fronted duikers, bushbucks, leopards, giant forest hogs as well as other animals. This park is best known for the fascinating gorillas, where the time taken and terrain varies according to the movements of these marvelous primates. The thrill of spending time with and observing these gentle giant gorillas is a rare, moving, awesome and exciting adventure that will leave you with long lasting memories of a truly unique experience. The gorillas are shy and peaceful animals and it is an unforgettable experience to watch and photograph them as they play and interact. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or facility.

Day 4: Bwindi – Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast, drive to Lake Mburo national park. will stop for picnic of hot lunch enroute the drive to Lake Mburo . View undulating terraced hills that make part of this country beautiful scenery once known as the Switzerland of Africa. After can decide to have lunch here or on the way in Mbarara as you proceed to Lake Mburo national park. Dinner and overnight at Mihingo Lodge,Mantana luxury lodge or budget facility of Rwonyo park bandas..

Day 5: Lake Mburo National Park
Morning will carry on a game drive looking for different game that include Zebra eland, topi, buffalo oribi, buffalo waterbuck, leopard and hyena. After take boat ride on lake Mburo looking different bird species, , hippos and crocodiles transfer to Lake Mburo National Park after breakfast. Afternoon will be at leisure. Diner and overnight at Mantana Safari Lodge. (there is quad biking , night game drives done here but optional and one can add and  do them when booked  at the time of booking)

Day 6: Lake Mburo – Kampala.
After Breakfast take a game drive. Then with picnic lunch or at the lodge then proceed to Kampala with stopover at Equator.Here you will be able to watch the ceremonial drums being that were used in olden days for entertainment and communication . These drums are made with technology methods passed down through generations. There will also be enough time to stop at the equator for photographs and you will arrive in Kampala by evening.
