The Uganda safari will take you most of our famous national parks of Lake Mburo , Bwindi, Queen Elizabeth , Semuliki , kibale and Murchison falls national parks. The Uganda tour will take you to Lake Bunyonyi another fascinating tour land of Uganda . Will  do mountain gorilla trekking at Bwindi, will track chimpanzees and do lots of game drives and visit Semuliki for sight seeing and hot springs .Boat cruising inside the national parks is very charming as you will view and enjoy the park activities.

On your arrival, you will receive warm greetings from your driver guide and transfer to Kampala Holiday Express Hotel or Grand Imperial or Kampala Forest Cottages. If you arrive in morning hours, you can take a city tour in Kampala, visit Kasubi Tombs, Bahai Tempo and Nakasero Fruits market where you can interact with Kampala’s friendly people. All meals at the Hotel

Morning your driver and guide, will drive you to to Masaka road to Kampala. Stopover on your way could be for Ankole grassland where long horned cattle are common sight. Continue northwards breaking at the Equator crossing  reaching in time of having evening game drive.Dinner and overnight at Matana tented camp for up market , Eagles nest for middle Mpogo lodge  for budget

After Breakfast take nature walk  in this park that contains an entire lake. The attractive acacia-dotted Savannah is a home for huge Zebras and Buffaloes, which graze these peaceful acres .At the lake; there are Hippos and a wonderful diversity of birds. Because of the different habitats of the lakeshores and the broad Savannah, the variety seems endless. Catch a glimpse of water birds diving for fish, the Marabou stork, bee-eater and cheeky bronze-tailed starling as well as the majestic crowned crane ,  proceed to Lake bunyonyi. Morning take a boat ride on Lake Bunyonyi to the Islands seeing a different bird species and other local community activities. View undulating terraced hills that make part of this country beautiful scenery once known as the Switzerland of Africa. Explore different islands for bird watching. Take part in the community activities while enjoying spectacular sight seeing of terraced hills of Kigezi highlands. After boat ride continue to Bwindi . Dinner and overnight silver back lodge for up market, Gift of nature lodge for middle facility and ruhija community rest camp  for budget.

Morning by your guide. You will be allocated guides to track gorillas with, and then will be off to begin your adventure. A briefing from your local guides and then it’s off! The time taken and the terrain varies (1- 8 hours) this depends on the movement of these gentle giants. The thrill of meeting face to face takes away the pain of some times long and arduou s trek.  Each encounter is different and has its own rewards, but you are likely to enjoy the close view of adults feeding, grooming and resting as the youngsters frolic and swing from vines in delightfully playful manner.
You will need to carry long pants like jean type, sturdy shoes to help you hiking steep and slippery slopes, long sleeved shirts and blouses to protect your bodies from thorns and itching plants. You may not rule out raining on you and at least a rain coat is needed to protect your bodies and any equipment carried along with like cameras. Also carry insect you will be escorted to the starting point for briefing repellants and sun cream

After  be driven to Ishasha, whichisthe southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, carry out a game drive where you may sight tree-climbing lions and viewing other wildlife like elephant buffalo, hyena etc. Ishashasectorisdominated by acacia woodland and scrubland and featuresthemeanderingIshasha River, banked by a riparian forest. After continue to Queen Elizabeth . Check in at Dinner and overnight at Katara lodge for up market , simba safari camp for middle and  simba safari camp dormitory for budget.

Early morning, carryout game drive to catch-up with the early risers and predators returning to their hideouts. You are likely to meet grazing hippos, elephants, lions, spotted hyenas and leopards, bushbuck, waterbuck and stripped jackal, and of-course the several warthogs.
After lunch take boat cruise on Kazinga channel connecting lake George and Lake Edward viewing different game lion, elephant, buffalo that throng the banks of the channel and many more plus plenty of bird life. Dinner and overnight .

 

After breakfast, proceed to Kibale for dinner and overnight at primate lodge for up  market  , kibale guest cottages for middle and Tinka Home stead for budget .

After breakfast visit Kanyanchu the park headquarter offices for your chimpanzee tracking where you will see   other primates like the colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys plus other primates that share this forest with chimpanzees. The park also hosts over 320 species of birds including the yellow spotted nectar, yellow rumped tinker birds etc. It also has colorful butterflies; over 250 species have been spotted. For nature lovers, the dense forest is still intact you can see trees of different species. Track chimps in their natural habitat. Kibale Forest National Park is believed to have most concentration of primates in the world. Over 12 different species of primates including chimps in this park have been recorded. Enjoy a lot plant life with tall tropical tree species.

Afternoon visit Bigodi swamp for natural walk. Visit the surrounding villages interacting with locals exploring the eco-tourism activities in the area like tea estates.

Morning travel to Semiliki nationalpark to carry out nature walk to the hot springs after have an encounter with the pygmies. Travel back to Fort portal to have dinner and overnight.

You will settle and overnight Paraa safari lodge for up market , Murchison river lodge for middle and Red Chili camp for budget.

Early morning take game drive looking for wildlife. Murchison Falls is the largest national park in the country and harbors different flora and fauna. Your game drive in the morning with a local guide who will assist you to sight wild game in the northern bank of River Nile where concentrations of game are in common sight of elephants, giraffes, antelopes, lions leopards hyenas and many bird species are a common sight. After lunch in the afternoon go for a boat cruise on the famous River Nile up to the bottom of falls viewing variety of game that throng along banks of the river. Chances of sighting the shoe bill stork are many though not a guarantee and many more bird species continue up to the bottom of the falls where you will see animals like schools of hippos, crocodiles and many species of birds dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, drive to the   “Top of the falls” for a breathtaking sight point where the raging Nile waters forces its way through a rocky gap barely six meters wide. This is the point where the Nile River explodes through a narrow gorge and cascades down to become a placid river. Continue to Kampala with a picnic/packed lunch enroute. Will then drive to Nakasongora Rhino Ranch. With guide will take guided game drive to view the rhinos. Rhinos used to be in our national parks until the end of 1970s when they were all poached and went into extinction. They are being bred to be reintroduced into the wilderness once again. After will continue the drive to Kampala. Dinner and overnight serena hotel for up market, Metropole hotel for middle ,  Fair way Hotel for budget

Visit cultural centers in Kampala and around – include Kasubi tombs, Religious establishments, Uganda museum, Namugongo Christian shines where converts were burnt live in 1886, Ndere cultural Center for entertaining with local dances and drama.
